About us

In 1997, Berry Smink was graduated from IVA business school and started working in his father's workshop in Hooglanderveen, Netherlands. The workshop was filled with classic and modern cars.      

Berry has been competing in autocross / ovalracing and tractorpulling for many years under the name SMINKRACING. In the meanwhile a Cobra kit car was build, V8's were tuned for customers,  Ford Hotrods were being imported and build.        

2020 - Start Sminkpower.eu 

In 2020, we have launched this sminkpower.eu shop. We were very sure all these parts we could supply are very interesting for European customers. Since then, we grew fast. We are constantly working on improving our website to provide you with the best experience, top-notch customer service and fast / easy check out systems.

Nov 2024 - New owners of Sminkpower.eu

After years of running the webshop with passion, Berry Smink has decided to step back and hand over the reins. We, Rowan Poort and Julian Bijman, are thrilled to take over as the new owners of Smink Power. In addition to Smink Power, we also own Dutch Performance Products and are eager to bring our energy and expertise to this webshop.

After years of running the webshop with dedication and passion, Berry Smink has decided to sell it. We, Rowan Poort and Julian Bijman, are excited to announce that we are the new owners of Smink Power. Alongside Smink Power, we also operate Dutch Performance Products, a wholesale and webshop specializing in automotive additives, AdBlue, and lubricants from the Lindemann brand, as well as car bulbs and cleaning products for bikes and cars from Velorest. We are eager to bring our energy, experience, and enthusiasm to Smink Power!
